In the last 90 days, I have journeyed through a significant threshold. I am honestly bewildered that I am sitting here now with strength and clear sight, after being plunged into a dark hole that was nothing short of a shamanic initiation. Rich with chaos, but through faith composted to clarity. Ripe with breakdowns, followed by important breakthroughs.

I am proud of who I have become through it all.

Furthermore, relocating to the concrete jungle of Phoenix, Arizona has given me access. Access to what humanity is actually feeling and is up against right now.  For the first time in a long time, I am not separate from this experience. I am not isolating or hiding away on an island, but rather I am here, hand in hand with others, Feeling the pulses, the jolts, the contraction pains as we birth a completely new “life on earth” paradigm.

This is right where I want to be, because it feels right to my soul.

Yet for my body, my nervous system and my mental wellbeing…..well, that’s been a process of discovery and trial and error.

In my personal process, I have learned first hand what is absolutely necessary in these times to regulate my nervous system, protect my mental health, and maximize my spiritual evolution.
