Canada update Aug 2026

Canada orders are currently shipping from Michigan, USA via Global Post DDP (all duties/tax included up front).  While we have mostly had success, a handful of packages have been lost in transit. Before placing your order, please note our shipping policy: If anything happens to your package in transit, it is strictly the responsibility of the customer to file a claim and attempt to obtain a refund. As a nonprofit organization, we are not in a position to be financially responsible for any lost product or incurred shipping costs.  We do everything we can to ensure timely and effective delivery of all KAKAO orders, as supporting our customers every step of the way is our top priority. Yet it is still the risk of the customer to place orders on our website, especially for international addresses.

In the meantime, we are working diligently to finalize our Canada import license so that we can restock within the country and re-launch shipping from Vancouver. Unfortunately, we don’t have an expected time at this point, as they keep pushing it back and leaving us without updates.

We are super excited to be able to provide fast and affordable shipping to our amazing Canada customers again. Thank you for your patience, support and prayers along the way!
